i have the a12 stock carburettor without the electronic cut off soleniod

does it still use the cable choke?

what difference does it make

also does it mean i cannot place this carburettor on my a12 without the cut off?

if so how do i install the cut off soleniod when i buy my new carburettor if it is needed
