Im not saying im lucky but my cars can pass rwc (possibly minor things required for cars of these ages anyway).

Im all for the modded h plates too. And yes the engine converted cars technically needed to be vass approved through the victoads approved assessor anyway.

Whatever makes it better for the legit enthusiests on club plates the better imho
