Hey speakin of chokes....

What's the deal with the choke staying out when you pull it out. I remember i had 1 120y and when i pulled the choke out it would turn and stay locked in that position. With my ute it seems to gradulay slide back in... kind've fustrating on a cold morning.... any susggestions on how i could make it so it 'locks' ???
