That would be it, besides that the guy was in massive financial trouble I believe. It's why coddling ton wheels was sold. I believe he was bankrupt, and the business was under his sons name. Whichever way Dwayne, now owns what's left and it's still in the same spot, called American hot rod. Shows over though.
