Yes looks like its cast 'G25' on one end and 'H89' on the other. Probably could port those right out to oval-port dimensions.

And cast '866'? in the middle.

G25 is the factory stock late 1200 cylinder head since 1979. Nissan want $680 for them, so ts a good deal right here.
