Wish I readread this before...
I found a horrible combo...
A15 swapping auto to manual 60 series smooth case 4 spd
No engine plate plus what I assume is a van flywheel that had been lightened, its thicker behind the ring gear than an a12 flywheel.

The car wouldnt turn over. After investigation the flywheel is actually jammed almost solidly into the bellhousing

Haven't pulled the box back out yet, still crying, but I will be checking the throwout carrier size etc when I do

If anyone has an engine plate I would be keen to buy it!
