is it that one i see at the 4wd shows they use them for 4wds that go to the beach a lot and in mud and water it uses electricity to kill the bacteria or some thin like that it kills some thing the rust needs to start growing
but it doesnt always work its used on the shazee rails and things if its the one im thinking of
