roller bearings are often used in motorbike engines but they have split cranks that press together. I can't imagine how you could do this to an A series engine. With five main bearings you would compromise the strength of the crankshaft.
The outside diameter of the bearings would be quite large which would necessitate new main caps and line boring (if you could fit it all in)
What problem do you have that prompts you to ask?
