Draw-thru carby never sees boost, so approach it like a regular carburetor.

The engine is "cutting out under boost". This could be ignition problem or fuel problem. Check that the spark plugs have correct gap (not too wide). Do a fuel pump volume test (see Fuel pump pressure test).

It could be many things causing it, but start with the basics.
