Might do. The RX7 4-potter is probably no taller than the S13 caliper.

S13 250 mm rotor is 18 mm, but you could use shims behind the brake pads to take it out to 22 mm. Like maybe an extra pad backing plate.

The 251 mm x 20mm S13 disc might be a better choice, it was also used JDM R32
