For turbo it's best to used stock dished pistons and stock or limited cam.

But you can still use the high-revving, high-compression parts -- It just limits how much boost you can apply. For an old-school build (with no intercooler) you can do 5 psi boost. If you fit dished pistons and thrift cam and an intercooler you could do 15 psi or higher.

I'm a fan of high compression with a turbo, cause then the lag is lessened. On the other hand, for maximum power use low compression with high boost and if the turbo is sized small enough the lag isn't so much.
