The only way is to get some of those "Bass-Engines" They work great. And take up only a little space. They work by making the whole car vibrate...This is bad if you have lots of rust holes filled with body filler (Bog).

You might be cruising and parts of the car will fall off

The alternative is to make up a a tonnau cover out of water-proof chipboard, and use water-proof polypropylene subs. Then you'll have some "phat" BASS.
