G'day everyone, it's been a long time between drinks for me here on datsun1200.com.

My mate's fiancé asked me if I could attempt to arrange a Datsun to take her future husband and his groomsmen from their place in Peakhurst in suburban Sydney to the wedding venue in Watson's Bay on the 5th of August (a Friday). The groom-to-be is a former Datsun enthusiast, having owned a 1600, 1000 coupe and 1200 wagon in previous years.

Ideally, the car would be shmick, although the bride-to-be is not overly concerned on which model (I'd like to see a clean 1200, but perhaps I'm biased), but wants to surprise the groom on his wedding day. A ute might be problematic due to a lack of seats.

Here's the long and the short of it:
Who: Datsun + driver (if you are willing to let someone else drive your beloved car, I'd be very happy to do so. There would be no burnouts, flat changes or disrespectful driving, but I'd have to bring it back the next day as I wouldn't be legally able to drive after the reception).
What: Drive bridal party to wedding venue.
When: Friday 5th August 2016, starting at approx. 2pm, finishing at 5pm latest.
Where: Peakhurst to Watsons Bay.
Why: To surprise the groom on his wedding day with a blast from his youth and to get him to the church on time and in style.

Please reply if you are able or you can recommend someone who might be interested. Of course nobody works for free so please let me know what you've got and how much you would like for your services. The worst she can say is no.
