Yes, the dim/bright (AUS) wire is connected to the instrument panel. It is the LG (Blue with Green stripe) at the switch, so make sure there is voltage there

At the actual instrument panel, it may be a different color (GL) and is pin 4

And remember they won't work until the cluster is bolted to the dash. The oil, alt, beam lights may work, but the illumination lights won't work until it is earthed
