* Traction Concepts sells LSD for H145
* Occasionally, Nismo units are seen on Yahoo Auctions

For better availability I'd go with a 1980s 1200 ute rear assembly (H165) and a Toyota GTS LSD. Toyota no longer sells them but aftermarket companies still do
