Notice that some of the used mirrors don't include the bottom brackets & gaskets:

The new ones have the bottom parts (required so you can bolt it to the fender):

If you need the bottom brackets, make sure that any used mirror you buy has them. Although possibly you could fabricate them. It's just a rectangular piece of sheet (with bent edges for strength). Not sure if the small holes are important or not
