Here's a Nissan Competition version with a larger sump extension on the oil filter side (the one above has a very small addition on this side

Lemonhead made this one by bending a piece of sheetmetal in a "U" around the pickup. No pics of the inside though.

With that you can use the Ford-type remote oil filter kit that datsa73 referred to
