Thank you for all the leads on NEW parts need for this job.
Dave C does NOT have service manual, only factory parts manual.
I will pass info along to him.
AS for the step in the flywheels A12,13,14 and 15's that I have removed every engine,even the rusty nasty looking ones, reconditioned, resurfaced ones bought in a pile of A series parts, ALL had steps ground into them. Approx step .015", had one dozen ground all at once both A12 and the other A series flywheels. Have run them with no problems. Even the light weight flywheel from Bprojects had a step.
Seems odd that an A10 flywheel wouldn't have a step, but will have step ground out.
