Had some beaut liftbacks but after owning a few early Mustang fastbacks
I prefer the 22 for its originality as nothing comes close to its unique lines.
The 22 was way more unique than the Nissan Z even if it tried to borrow from
the 1967-1970 challenger, Gremlin and Camaro but like the Z great proportions.
The 28 was designed to be a Pony for Japs on a budget for the fuel crisis.
When you sit them side by side the 28 looks funny.
I guess Toyota tried to go one up on the Nissan 1200 coupe by going larger
but the finish and proportions on a 1200 coupe are way more beautiful.

Still Nissan had way more original designs through the 60s and 70s than Toyota
the japanese whitegoods of the automotive industry :)
