The cast iron H65 can handle 225lbs but the alloy I recall
somewhere almost 1/3 less due to the caps being too soft.
Its listed in the tech wiki the cast iron h165 is only
10 lbs heavier which is bugger all.
More of a difference between H190 alloy and cast

H145 5.71 ~100 lb. ft.
H150 5.91 ~125 lb. ft.
cast iron below
H165 6.50 ~225 lb. ft.
H190 7.49 ~285 lb. ft.
