My Datsun had a tire blowout. I was driving 65mph on the I-5 interstate freeway, in the inside lane. I remember hearing a bang, and then looking face-to-face at people driving another car. The 1200 did a 180 across both lanes of traffic and ended up on the shoulder facing the wrong way. There was too much traffic to turn around; had to wait for a policeman to show up then he escorted while i drove in reverse to the next exit. So close to a catastrophe all due to a nail in the tire
