Yeah if as DD said that if your stud pattern matches, then it should be alright. Offset I find is something you don't really have to worry about as they have so many things out there to help with you fitting wheels. If the offset is too much of a positive value ie.+40(meaning your wheels will sit in more, as the mounting surface is further away from the center of the Rim)

Alls you need is spacers, they bring the wheel out more. If the wheels are less of a positive value they like +25 they will sit out more, which alls you need is a mate to help roll guards if you even need to do it, or put on some flares, in my opinion flares make a car look real mean (but depending on car, those SLR torana's looked bloody terrible with flares)
