I'd reckon an old V8 style Holley pump should do the job.. You need volume..not pressure, so using an EFI pump could be a bit tricky. Using silver solder or brass to get petrol in, is a good idea. But you're still going to face problems with getting choke and throttle cables in. Even if you have some leaks, it doesn't matter too much, so long as it hold 5 or 6 psi for 5 seconds or so.. It's not like an EFI engine where the uncompressed air is measured with an AFM, and leaks mean big mixture problems.

I'm a fan of EFI, so I'd be adapting the throttlebody and injectors from another donor engine, like a $200 blown up CA18 or SR20, and getting a 2nd hand fuel only computer.

Sorry, I've got no supercharger add-on experience, but we have a couple of dudes here who have, and there's been a few threads discussing this. So have a search on the left.
