A Big Block Buick 455 with Aluminum heads and intake weighs less than a Small Block Chevy 350, and puts out more power than ANY similar built big block (Ford 460, Chrysler 440, Olds 455, Pontiac 455, Chevy 454) but build costs are at least 25% more than any of the others. Anyone catch that article in Hot Rod magazine about this? It'd be overkill in a Datsun, but it has got to be the most under-rated V8 of all time. Sorry to go off topic, but I just wanted to throw my pro-Buick stint in there. I love them almost as much as Datsuns.
