You cannot use a BOV on a draw thru supercharger setup. The reason for this is when the BOV goes off it is going to vent GAS all through your engine bay. Not good at all. As for the pulley questions you will most likely have to make up a double pulley arrangement. Check the articles section there is info in there on supercharging and turbo charging.
