the easiest swap is the stanza frount struts. they come with 250mm vented disks and good grippers. they bolted on with out a problem (almost to easy) but i have adj. rose jointed bottom so that might have made a difference. as for the diff, go for it, ive got one ive yet to put in but ive heard its a bolt in job except the brake line needs a new flexy piece from the chassis to the axle.
