I use a Sparco Sprint, which is pretty much the same as the Road seat you had. My choice came down mainly to budget and comfort at the time, because I was still doing the occasional bit of road driving in the car then, so the shell seats were out on both counts. If you drive on the road and want some comfort, stay clear of the fibreglass (or other) shell seats if think you need a kidney belt now! If you do want a shell seat, talk to Steve Drahiem first, but you have to be a skinny little bugger to fit into his - I know I cant! Hey, have you got those rear flares yet?
