According to my parts book, Datsun DID sell the B10 & it's derivatives for the 'Model year" of 1970.
The Distinguishing feature is supposed to be the larger "1600" sized blinker spear.

Model B20 [The Ute] From S / No. B20 061001 & LB10 003001

KB10 [Coupe] From KB10 080001

All from July 1969, so they got in early for the 1970 "model"

All coupes appear to have had their own part numbers for the blinkers due to the "unique to the model" wiring plug.

The short spear is "Assembly - lamp side marker From Oct '67 to June '69. All, except coupe 26160 - 27700"

Long spear is "Lamp - Side flasher. From July '69 All, except coupe 26160 - H0110"

As far as i know, they were sold here in Australia as late as June 1970, but i can not prove that. I hope that this is of some help.
