Both are good, get a quote for rebuilding each of these engines, get a quote for a new clutch and oil filters and look at the aftermarket availability of "hot-up" parts.

Both engines use similar technologies, so it's just a matter of finding out which gets the best "bang for buck". And looking at short to long term maintenance costs. I like to use the most common parts in the "least common" application.

This optimises the TCO providing a better ROI. Sorry..I'm infected with Sales Jargon Disease.
