A much lower cost option for traction is to add a little balast. Try adding some snndbags or something else that you can weigh, & adjust, that wont hurt the back of your car & give it a try. If you can get the traction that you want, then think about a checkerplate floor. The plate thickness controlls the weight. Think about real soft compound tyres too. Same goal, diferent path to get there.
