1200rc...I don't mean to start a bitch session here, but if you have widened the track of your car (by having the wheels sticking further out), then that copper didn't have to look far to find that third defect.

Its illegal (at least in nsw) to change the track of a car by more than a certain amount (I think its about 10mm or something). And they can measure it and defect you, I've seen it done.
