if u build up a strongenough motor u could hold up 2 18 psi..
idea of turboeing something like a a15 would be awsome but make sure u do it properly and it will perform..
get a set of forged pistons lower the compression get a custom inlet with a t25 or t28 turbo and im sure u would be happy with the performance...
