The main thing that everone has to accept is that amongst a membership of over 2,500 people, there are sure to be a lot of different opinions and approaches to problems. Some are very strongly held.
We all have to watch that in telling it the way we see it, we try not to get personal or offensive.
I don't want to lecture or preach, but a comment backed by hard experience or solid scientific fact carries far more weight to my way of thinking than a heap of brain dead waffle.

Does anyone else agree?
