The story is that i had a dude offer me exactly what i wanted for my ute about 6 weeks ago, even though i wasn't really planning to sell it. But i thought bugger it, i need the extra money and also have my eye on another project that i now desperately want so i said fine. He put a $1000 deposit on it and i wrote on the receipt that he had till nov 30th to pay the balance and pick it up or i keep the grand and the ute.

I have been chasing him for payment ever since and last night he has basically given up and told me to look to sell it to someone else.
