Ok its a strange one but does anyone know if I can convert a 4 speed gearbox to a 2 or 3 speed without affecting the reverse gear?
Ive never opened of played with one but would like to know if the reverse gear shares anything with the other gears?

If so then Im after a 4 speed nissan box with 4 on the floor to become 2 on the floor.
