I'm installing a B210 20MM bar instead of the 17MM stock 110 version, the problem comes with the 210 (120?) bushings & bolt. How critical is the height of the bolt, the spacer & the bushes themselves?
laying the 210 bush setup next to the 110 setup - its about 1"+ higher then the 110 stock ones, I've gotten some shorter bolts that match the height of the original 110 bolts but then the space between the bushings is only about a 1/2" to 3/4" - do I shorten both the bolt & the spacer or does somebody have a tried and true method for this upgrade?
BTW - the stock 110 bushings are not available over here otherwise I'd use those & the originals I have are shot.
Has anyone ever made bushings to match the stock 110 ones?
Any idea's would be appreciated! Thanks, Evan
