hi just wandering since my engine and carby rebuild my car dosnt start with the choke pulled out in the morning not even half way or full but starts okay if you just put it in and start it with the speed!

i checked the opereation of the chocke and it looks adjusted when fully pulled out it fully closes in the carb!

what could it be??
o yer its a a12 engine
