Twin carbs - a good choice?

It's probably been talked about before but I am thinking about upgrading the carb on my A15 from a single weber 32/36 DGV to twin carbies of some sort.

Pros/Cons? What do you guys recommend I buy for an A15 ute for street and occasional track use? What carbs are good bang for their buck? Better option than single sidedraught? Cheers.
