Hey Guys,
Been ages since I last roamed the 'site. Apologies for the neglect.
I have the stock (A15) fuel pump in front of me and I'm considering replacing it with a quiet RX7 (or similar) electrical pump for efficiency and consistency in fuel delivery.
1 - Now I have an AEM fuel pressure regulator around here somewhere and I was wondering at what pressure I should adjust it to when I strap it on.
Having 2 Hitachis serviced, and before I send it to the dyno for tuning, I'd love to bring the fueling a tad up. I realize more than half of you would vouch for the mechanical pump, but its a bit inefficient for my taste.
2 - Where do I mount the electric pump?
I hear many theories and many perspectives. I'd love some cold facts and logic.
