i would like to run an L18 or L20b in my 1200 wagon, does any one know where abouts the gear stick comes out if i use a bluebird or stanza 5speed i asume that all of the L series engines have the same five speed.

also will a set of after market extractors clear the body for either of the engines.

i think you have modify the gear lever otherwise it comes out at the hand brake, i think, can any one verify that?

so could some one recomend a good gear box that comes out near the whole or in a comfortable place.

is the stumpy skyline gearbox or any other gear box that is short a straight bolt up.

any help would be great.
