I sadly had a minor crash last night in my coupe. I was coming around a notorious bend (sharp hairpin) in the wet and this miniture kangaroo came out from the side of the road.
i have just got the car on the road after re-rego and a spray paint and i didnt want to damage the car by hitting this animal.
so what do i do? ofcourse i had to swerve to miss it at the apex, loose the car and hit the bank on the other side of the road. lucky i didnt go the other way down the cliff.
my front drivers side quarter panel is rooted and my bumper is a bit bent out of shape, aswell as the front arpon being bent.
the impact with the bank was enough to disconnect the lead on my coil and as it was night time a didnt have a clue what was going on when it didnt want to start. ended up being
towed by my dad about 3k's home.
at least i have spare panels, the spray painter quoted me $300 to fix & spray the other panel (off my wreck car) and fix the bumper and apron.
just a story to tell, hope someone was interested
WATCH OUT FOR ANIMALS ON WET HAIRPINS!!!

Sorry to hear about your accident, Simon. What size tires do you have on the front? I hope they weren't the stock 12 inch. They slide too easy when it is wet. I have 185 65 13 and they
still slide a bit. When I get new tires I will go with 195 60 13 for the front. I have 195 60 14 on the rear on 1975 280Z aluminum wheels and they grab pretty good in the wet. Hope you
get your B110 going soon.
