Does anybody know how far an A14 or A15 block can be
overbored ?????
Also any recomendations on pistons would be appreciated

Did someone mention a nismo 1800cc kit?

140 thou is pretty much as far as u can bore a A14/15 block. That will then give you a bore size of 79.5mm. Standard bore is 76mm. 140thou is close to
3.5mm - i think.

My A14 was bored out 140thou and now has a capacity of 1529cc using an A14 crank. If you use an A15 crank, capacity is 1628cc but wont rev as hard.

As for the pistons - Wiseco forged racing pistons. No good for street use tho.

Hey davo its actually 120 thou giving you a capacity of 1510cc :) I dont know of anyone that has fitted bigger. Bettre hurry up and get it in and running Im looking forward to
see it hit the streets again soon

ahh its only 120 thou. Hrmmm, wonder were i got 140 thou from then. I think i read about it once in a mag, but 140 thou is possible right? Im sure it said cc was 1529cc. But 1510cc will
be enuf power - for now :) Until i get the HP bug like you.....

PS. Just gotta get a coil, radiator re-cored and then she's goin in :) Hopefully next week Steve will have my skyline stuts ready and i'll take it off the road for a week or 2. Just a
few more bits and pieces like ball joints and rubbers and the front end will go in :) Not long at all - i hope.....
