1245mm rear wheel track on all H145 models.

Find out the wheel offset, and you can calculate the drum to drum width of the diff housing.

The wheels are 4 inches wide.

I'd guess 10mmET offset / side. So 20mm less, based on track.

1225mm would be my guess.

I've reassessed the diff width to be 1265mm.

.I---I Eg. where the tire sits.
...I---------------------I Wheel track 1245mm
Assuming 10mm offset wheels
..I-----------------------I Diff housing ~1265mm

Yes a 1370mm wide diff would require some FWD offset wheels.

Sedan and Wagons are 1495mm wide
Coupes are 1515mm wide.

Based on the width numbers above, you might just get it to fit with the right wheels.
