i just cut the plastic locator sticks off the bottom, then just make up a bracket to go over the top locator lugs and bolt it to the top of the rad support. what has you confused???

well, it fits in there. you (or supadat) just need to work out how you want to keep it there. you can hold it in there with whatever method you like!

Pull all the grill off and cut a big hole in the radiator support should fit perfectly dont cut the lugs off the radiator drill some holes in the chassie x-member to locate the radiator properly. Once you pull the radiator out you can clearly see what has to be done.

I installed one in mine 6months ago... All i did was drill the two holes in the chassie for the support legs to go in with the virbration rubbers on to take bumps. Then drilled holes at the top ofr the radiator support forthe original top braket holders. Then stuffed around with hoses etc its a good little radiator swap.

heres the link to my pics (dont know how to put them up):
