the n13 pulsar single point injection operates much like a downdraft carby, which consists of a throtle body with an injector mounted in the midle. With a simple adaptor plate the throtle body will bolt up to a standard a series intake manifold. The wiring loom consists of a water temp sensor, oxygen sensor, manifold air pressure sensor, relay circuit for electric fuel pump and termo fan. This could be a succesive possibility for efi applications

yeah, the electronics from an E15/6i would work, just adapt the dizzy, add the O2 sensor and adapt the TBI and you'd have it pretty much.

it's TBI, but TBI is always better than a carb. While you're at it... maybe use a common/tunable OEM setup from another car, I don't know of any chips for an E16i.
