re-bore. or not to re-bore??

this is for a turbo setup:
currently building the A14, using mostly standard bottom end eccept for chrome rings and turbo grind cam, as performance was awsome, just more tuning this time with timing and porting.
slight scoring down the bore, to deep for honing to remove.
block is currently 50thou over bore, with another re-bore, will this make the head gasket more likely to blow between the cylinders?

how much can they handle? how far should i go??
any extra hints??
