Has anyone installed a CA18 bought from SSS automotive.

Is it really everything you need to start the engine.

I know mounts an hoses are missing but is there little things in which a whole half cut is advantagous.

Give them a call, they will probably let you know if there is anything else you need.

yeah give em a call, as you won't get any type of fuel system with it.

But as long as you have the loom and ECU and figure out which wire does what it should start out of the car.

But with every import motor you don't know how it's been treated so get as much info as possible

Cheers
Damo

I bought my CA18 setup from SSS around 7 years ago good blokes to deal with. You will need to install a new EFI fuel system - Fuel pumps and efi fuel hose as the old rubber fuel hose wont handle the pressure. They usally supply with engine gearbox ignitor ecu wiring loom ect ect. The best part with them is they dont start engine warranty until you pick the ecu up!! so you have a month to get it in & ready then hook up ecu and hopefully she runs.
Cheers Andrew
