can i use a standard ECU???

i have fitted a CA into my 1200 but am using an R30 skyline box. is the standard ECU still good or do i need an after market ECU given that the gearbox has been swapped????
any ideas!!!

You can still use the standard computer. The computer is independant of the gearbox except for the speed sensor but you don't need that anyway.
