I finally managed to track down some 120y struts with average brakes. They are from a coupe. I rang up supercheap auto to see what they had as far as pads and rotors. At the time that I rang I didn't know what model they where for so I couldn't get exact details.

There dba rotors, the middle of the range where $225 for a pair, they are slotted I think or there best ones where $295 and they had that kangaroo paw print as well as being slotted and cross drilled. I didn't get a price on there better ferrodo pads but there basic ones where $35-$40 a side.

Just want to get some opinions, what do you guys recon of these prices and are they a good option?

personally, I wouldn't buy new rotors unless the ones you've got are unserviceable. Why 120Y brakes? Stanza will cost about the same and be far better brakes.

well i thougt about it and decided that i would get the 120y's because it would be a much easer conversion, just unbolt the old struts and stick in the new ones, also i like easer things because i am a bit lacking in skill. 120y parts are readily available, there were 4 at the local wrekers.

i do have one question though, what brake lines do i need for the new master cylinder? (if any)

thanks
