I have a 1200 ute 85 model with drum front brakes , and a 81 model ute (wrecker) with disc front brakes , i want to put the discs on the 85 model ,have rang around for kits for the calipers (seals etc ) but the brake mobs that i have rang say that 1200 ute didnt come out with discs is this true ,and where might i get the kits from ( the struts look identical )

the struts probably came from a 1200 coupe and were put on the ute....just take the struts and put them on yours, you will also need a tandem master and brake lines which you could proably take from the other ute also
